Per person rates start at 21,900 for a group of 12 in 3 Star hotels and rise with the hotel grade and the smaller group sizes, up to 52,900 per person for two travellers in 4 Star Luxury. The vehicle changes with the group, from a Swift Dzire for two to four, an Innova Crysta for six to eight, and a 12 seater Tempo Traveller for ten to twelve.
25% of the package cost is paid at booking, a further 50% at least 30 days before departure and the balance 25% at least 15 days before departure. The full amount must be cleared before the tour starts, and a booking is confirmed only once the advance is received.
Cancelling 30 days or more before arrival refunds 90% of the booking amount, 25 to 29 days refunds 70%, 20 to 24 days refunds 50% and 10 to 19 days refunds 25%. Within 9 days of arrival no refund applies. Every request must be sent in writing or by email, and refunds are processed after cancellation charges and any non-refundable third party costs already paid.

Sightseeing depends on road, traffic, weather and local conditions, and the plan may be shortened, extended or rearranged where safety, government restrictions or operational needs require it. No refund is given for services missed for reasons beyond our control, and any additional cost arising from such a change is payable by the guest.
